Charity Golf Day 27th September 2021

Tee times are filling up for the Charity Golf Day on 27th September in aid of Catherine Care. Catherine Care is a local organisation ( please check out the website catherinecare.com), to help young adults with learning difficulties lead independent lives. Last year we raised £2000 to provide an interactive whiteboard, laptop and screen for one of their teaching rooms.

Moreover, everyone had a great time!

This year we are looking to finance an upgrade to their sound and lighting systems at their Norton Canes headquarters theatre. The drama section is very beneficial to these young people to aid their communicative skills.

The competition will take the form of teams of four, any combination of gents and ladies. Playing off full handicap with reference to the slope index of the course, men will play off yellow tees and ladies off red tees, best three scores to count on each hole with all four scores counting on the par 3s.

The cost is £10 for members and £25 for non-members which includes a bacon bap and tea/coffee to start the day.

Spot prizes will be announced on the day for both men and ladies.

Buggies can be booked in advance through the Pro Shop.

Any donations of raffle prizes and/or hole sponsorship would be gratefully accepted.
