I hope that you and your families are safe and well and that you have been able to take advantage of playing some golf recently. The Ladies Committee met on Monday via zoom, what an experience! We discussed proceedings going forward with the game of golf for all of our ladies along with the possible commencement of competitive golf within the ladies section. Having looked at how the competitions could be held safely, the Committee voted to start competitions from mid July. There will be no entrance fees and no prizes, but the competitions will be used for handicap purposes. The next Committee meeting will be held on July 22nd and any decisions taken now will be reviewed then. If any Ladies have any concerns or questions regarding the competitions, or our golf in general, please do not hesitate to get in touch with either myself or any of the Committee members. Angela Bateman, Lily McLeod, Gill Lees, Ann Jones, Therese Douglas, Jo Taylor, Barbara Pritchard & Marlene Painter. Hope to see you all soon on the course.
