This week Rory McIlroy finds himself in a strange but welcome situation, he’s already won the Race to Dubai before the final event. He still plans to win this week and pick up 2 trophies. He said “I'm very proud to have won The Race to Dubai again, the second time in three years, and not having to do anything this week I guess is an added bonus"
On his way to winning the race to Dubai he made the switch to his new Nike Vapor Range. The new woods, irons and wedges will be available to the public on January 31st. Can the new NIKE Vapour range help your game? Please click here to book your fitting and find out!

A word from Bryan:
"After over 7 years I will be leaving The Chase at Christmas to focus on my consultancy business and set up a gym near my home on the Wirral. It has been a difficult year as my wife was diagnosed with cancer back in April and with my kids only being 5 and 6 years old; this will allow me to spend more time with them.
It has been a journey from starting with Simon (Course Manager) back in October 2007 under Crown Golf when I stood on the 1st tee of a weekend medal to introduce myself to the members only to be told by many ''what's the point, you won't be here in 6 months !'' Thankfully I have lasted a bit longer than 6 months and am very proud of our club and what we have achieved together in making it one of the best and certainly friendliest clubs in the Midlands.
I would like to thank you all for your support over the years, there has been some decisions that I have made that not everybody has agreed with but I truly hope that everyone realises that I have always done what I thought was the best for the club.
I would also like to thank the staff, a lot of them who have been with me for the last 7 years and their hard work, enthusiasm and loyalty is really appreciated. A special mention for Alison who has stepped in for me in my absence and her commitment and loyalty will never be forgotten.
I wish you all and The Chase G.C. the very best for the future and I will hopefully catch up with a lot of you over the next 6 weeks before I go to say goodbye in person."
